The project aims to promote sustainable experiences and local practices around Greek gastronomy. It’s a tourism product that not only adds significant value to Greek destinations (both islands and mainland) but also differentiates the product offering compared to our European competitors.

It is a tool created to provide data-driven insights into real-life visitor movement within our regions. The visitor movements are, amongst other things, linked to demographic data and a target audience model.
